Geraint was engaging and used interesting examples to explain the subject matter, making it relevant to DWP where possible.

I found quiet a lot of the content did not directly relate to my current role as I am not required to attend court or to know about the relevant law, however I did find it very interesting (even if is felt out of my depth at times).

Hard topic to stay engaged in as can get quite legislative heavy. Trainer wasn't as engaging as the trainer on my other course, but that could just be as the topic isn't as much to my interest.

Well delivered content

Well delivered with most aspects relevant to my role.

Geraint was a brilliant trainer with an excellent ability to use case studies as examples to bring the learning to life - this really helped to understand and digest the information. Geraint was also really good at making the course relevant to our roles i.e. talking a lot about civil cases or things we might come across in our roles. This was really helpful.
