Liane was great. One of the best training courses I have ever been on. Entertaining and engaging.
I have been on several law training courses but it is always useful to refresh your knowledge and learn about any updates as well as good practice. Lianne made the course very interesting and gave us examples tailored to our line of work where possible. She made the course very interactive and was always open to questions and discussion. The course exercises were excellent as well as interesting and gave us the opportunity to put into some practice what head been learnt.

Very effective content and exercises. Trainer gave valuable and super interesting real life anecdotes to support content. This also gave me, the trainee, confidence that they knew what they were talking about.
Ren was very engaging and informative - I could listen to Ren's experiences all day! I was worried about attending training as my ADHD makes it easy for me to get distracted, but I was truly hooked on every word. I feel fulfilled in attending this training and feel more comfortable in applying these practices to my role. With the risk of potentially sounding strange, I'm actually quite looking forward to having a go at the assessment!
Thank you for making the training engaging and easy to understand. It was great to be able to ask questions throughout, which assisted my learning. Having a trainer who is highly qualified and experienced, rather than an education trainer, is invaluable to learning in context.
