Ren was very engaging and informative - I could listen to Ren's experiences all day! I was worried about attending training as my ADHD makes it easy for me to get distracted, but I was truly hooked on every word. I feel fulfilled in attending this training and feel more comfortable in applying these practices to my role. With the risk of potentially sounding strange, I'm actually quite looking forward to having a go at the assessment!
Thank you for making the training engaging and easy to understand. It was great to be able to ask questions throughout, which assisted my learning. Having a trainer who is highly qualified and experienced, rather than an education trainer, is invaluable to learning in context. This is my first Bond Salon course and I am looking forward to attending the others booked. Thank you!
Steph delivered this highly technical course with lived experience and examples. The discussions we had during the training was highly relevant. I feel all the learning outcomes have been achieved at the end of the course.

I thought the trainer, Ren, was extremely engaging and friendly. She created a great learning environment and made an effort to engage with everyone, I was really impressed! As a new starter, I was unfamiliar with a great deal on this module so I feel the course really helped me to better understand procedures and best practice regarding law and evidence. I thought Ren did a great job of steering the focus to civil law and procedure, which is more relevant to our roles. Overall, I really enjoyed the course and I am keen to learn more, so I'm looking forward to the next modules!
Liane was an excellent trainer, made the course interesting without just reading from power point slides but bringing her own experiences into the training session. Also added lots of humour to the two day course.
