A brilliant informative course!

trainer was very good patient and explained the course in a way i could understand as it is all very new to me

A very good refresher for experienced officers and pitched at right level for new officers and those not familiar.

I find the training very relevant, the trainer and the course material very integrated to maximise its purpose of learning

Really useful course for my role, the only negative comment I have was when we were split into groups that some groups member didn't participate or even speak which I found frustrating. This is no reflection on the trainer or the course. Throughout the 2 days, I felt there were a number of delegates that engaged in the course with comments and questions whilst others sat back.

Geraint made an excellent effort to tailor the course to our specific needs and subject knowledge - apply principles to our job roles where possible, with great examples, case studies and team work exercises.
