very good interactive training course with everyone encouraged to be involved Everyone was involved in the learning very practical training that will improve the food safety culture on site using a more systematic training approach than we currently have big commitment of time from trainees which is proof of the quality of the course
The trainer Joan was excellent and really got the group to engage.
Edel was amazing at putting us all at ease to learn as best we could and we did learn alot in short time frame an wealth if knowledge and would highly recommend edel for training more more courses or anyone interested in learning she is oerfect for doing so.
