Very engaging course. Listened to everybody and kept the group engaged. Encouraged communication between the group. Pace was perfect.
Really enjoyed it and learned a lot. Edel was a very nice tutor and allowed all her delegates to feel comfortable. She is very knowledgeable in her field, she gave loads of examples and really listened to all of our backgrounds in regards to our jobs.
Joan was very good , I’ve been presenting for long and I’ve been able to see few things am missing during my presentations in this course . The course was very clear and straight forward
Overall it was a nice experience to be a part of this session.
