Food to Think and reflect - still need continuous committed concrete action
Overall, very satisfied to have attended the course, had got some very useful tips/reminders on how to do what is important at work without being overwhelmed
Good ideas and thought processes of how to structure the questions - hard to squeeze into an hour! Great tokens of info that i'll take away. Thank you.
i learned a lot from the session and have now got a lot of tools and tricks to implement into my work day
I thought that thinking through the problems using the circles of concern/influence/control was really helpful. One of the difficulties with remote working is build up of frustrations without a productive outlet.
Needed a bit more time in the discussion sections, especially when looking at the 3 types of issues & their solutions. Allowed to express views quite fully. Anonymous posting of comments helpful, encourages honesty and getting issues out in the open.
It was useful to understand the techniques available for information sharing on remote/hybrid meetings It was a good reminder that others experience hybrid working differently and face different challenges
