Really good, enlightening, thought-provoking and instructive
An open space where everyone could contribute. We were divided in to groups of 2 or 3 which meant that our voices felt heard each time. Learned a lot about how management is about soft skills more than knowledge.
I really enjoyed the course and thought Ben was a great tutor. It was very engaging and I took a lot of learning away. I will definitely be using the skills I learnt moving forwards and feel much more confident in my role now.
I thought this course was well delivered and I liked how interactive it was as this is how I learn best and helps me to retain information. Ben delivered this course at a good pace and was very easy to talk to and welcoming. Thanks :)

As a first time manager, I found the course to be really engaging and easy to follow. I was not overwhelmed by any information but instead felt like there were practical options for me to put in place within my role. I really enjoyed the course and will be turning to my notes regularly!
I really enjoyed the course - I gained more from Day 2 than Day 1. I think more could have been covered in Day 1. I felt that 2 hours lunch break was too long so more could have been covered overall. The trainer was really engaging and interactive, interesting subjects.
Fab couple days, I was really keen on getting this type of training, with a strong emphasis on coaching.
