It was a great course and would definitely recommend it to my Team. The Topics are fairly spread across 4 days with apt topics. I have attended a Leadership course, but this one is more structured.
I went in to the course with an open mind. I have to say it was very useful, lots of things to think about
good first day, could have had more information presented/ evidence discussed.
The amount of content and pace was good Great to see most people involved in discussions Break out rooms worked well
I have alot that I will be reflecting on from today. Both from a personal point of view but also from a team point of view. It has been useful to gain advice and knowledge from other people who have been in leadership roles for a long time.
