Really interesting content, engaging which can be hard when online, good pace and mix of topics. shame the pre-work not received.
I really liked the course. I wish there were a few less people - especially as there are usually less which left me wondering why they allowed more this time. Some of the concepts I was also quite familiar with already. However, I really liked the use of break out rooms, the questions and discussions, the challenge to each other and the reflective culture that is created.
Food for thought. Lots to take away and ponder on. Look forward to future sessions.
A really positive and enjoyable day. No pressure from anyone to know it all or have all the answers. Everyone was supportive and patient.

It was interesting that as a break out group we questioned something at the end and were shut down so we all felt that the space was not psychologically safe.

It's early days with the process but I have felt gently encouraged to participate. All participants were respectful, supportive and had incredibly valuable insight into the challenges faced in leadership. The tutor was relaxed and encouraging and, crucially, established a two way conversation about the topic.
Enjoyed the course and have practical takeaways. It was good to refresh some skills and knowledge but as a fairly new member of the team, it was good to share the space/learning with colleagues
