Very good first day. Nice relaxed atmosphere and friendly collaboration. Interesting theory discussion and insight into communication styles
Overall the day was excellent and well structured. I found the repitition of the breakout groups in the early sessions a little unneeded and when sharing examples maybe could have done this as a group in the first instance but other than that I found the reflective element of the first day very helpful and a good first session.
Excellent day very thought provoking. Gained skills and incite to help me develop on my leadership journey.
