Sam was engaging, cheerful while coaching us , applying the techniques she was covering on us :) I like the breakrooms to meet with other colleagues in the organization that I don't know.

Appreciate the engaging activities

It was a very fun, insightful and interactive session and i am looking forward to apply the knowledge gained.

Time went quickly which is always a good sign. Good balance between instruction and practice through various breakout groups. Has given a good taster of coaching but leaving me wanting (or needing) more.

Karen was fantastic, really open and got conversations flowing. I feel like I learnt a lot and was guided to reflect on what I need to do now.

Really great course and great group of people who also had ideas that I will take away.
