Sam was really engaging and made the 3 hour + duration seem shorter which is really impressive. I sometimes dread online training but this was great!

Time went quickly which is always a good sign. Good balance between instruction and practice through various breakout groups. Has given a good taster of coaching but leaving me wanting (or needing) more.
