I felt there was good participation and engagement, in particular by use of the raise hand feature on Zoom which you used to effectively gauge where learners were in their individual tasks and whether to proceed or to re-illustrate certain steps. Ten out of ten. I'd definitely recommend!
Very well paced and the use of dummy data was excellent.
I am happy to have had the opportunity to attend the course. Thanks to my manager Jemma Brewster for arranging and setting up the course for us all. The teaching was professional and fully hands on it was tailored to all learners and focused strongly in making sure every aspect of what we were doing was fully understood. Great information and it was very helpful. I enjoy the online experience, but a live classroom would have been awesome.
Ebe is a great trainer. She involved the entire team and really kept us all engaged. The pace of the course was perfect, and we were not overwhelmed with information. I will be booking core level 2 with Ebe, very soon.

Kevin was absolutely fantastic and delivered an engaging and extremely useful training session relevant to our requirements. The course was broken up into easy to digest sections and the method of explaining then allowing us to put into practice worked brilliantly to help retain the knowledge. Kevin exceeded all expectations and was a perfect trainer in everyway.
