The course was very informative and offered solution to look at working with the person to address the conflict. A number of handy senators were discussed offering solutions to address the conflict. The focussed interview was also helpful and the discussion around ways not to deviate from the focus/goal were also appreciated. I really enjoyed the training.

It was a great course and I enjoyed it. It did broaden my outlook as to how to handle a conflict more effectively for better outcome.
