The training was delivered in a way that I understood. Andy was able to engage us all and allowed us to question our own practices . Thinking out of the box . The facilitator course was more in depth but very useful. I will take what I learned and put it into practice.

Really engaging and lots of communal chat with in the training session in regards to personal experiences with in our work settings. Really useful strategies and plans to implement with in our work setting, lots of very useful knowledge gained ! Amazing course !!

This course was delivered fantastically, Andy was very informative and really friendly. I feel i have gained more knowledge and Andy was patient and understanding.

Andy gave plenty of energy when delivering the course and made sure we understood what we were talking about at all points.

Excellent tutor who has given me more confidence on managing clients with complex needs and completing a PBS.

I found the course interesting and interactive. I really enjoyed being able to discuss current issues and real life challenges which put my learning into a perspective I can relate to which has helped me grasp and understand the subject
