Sadly, the trainer haven't done my previous PBS training because now I understand PBS and I'm in care sector for nearly 20 years. Only the workbooks could change a little bit but this can be sorted quickly and haven't had a massive influence of the quality. Some more space to write notes down and maybe some more info in the workbook which was shown to us via projector. But the training and trainer... absolutely great! Amazing!Response : Hi Manuela.
