Practical, engaging delivery is the course’s clearest strength: attendees describe knowledgeable, friendly trainers who explain fire safety, evacuation procedures and equipment use clearly, patiently answer questions and use humour, discussion and realistic demonstrations to keep everyone involved. The well-organised sessions balance concise theory with hands-on practice, making the refresher easy to follow and remember. Attendees say it builds confidence and feels directly relevant to their work, particularly in care settings.

Trainer was outstanding. Explained everything thoroughly and clearly.
Always lots of fun and very informative. Remember something different every time. :-)
The trainers made it very informative and helpful lovely guys
I feel more confident in evacuating people from a place where a fire is around. Good to see the extinguisher being used
