Practical, engaging delivery is the course’s clearest strength: attendees describe knowledgeable, friendly trainers who explain fire safety, evacuation procedures and equipment use clearly, patiently answer questions and use humour, discussion and realistic demonstrations to keep everyone involved. The well-organised sessions balance concise theory with hands-on practice, making the refresher easy to follow and remember. Attendees say it builds confidence and feels directly relevant to their work, particularly in care settings.

I learnt a few things I didn't know, very informative.
The course was really helpful to prepare ourselves in case of fire in our workplace. We can also apply some of it in our own home.
Amazing trainer, made everything interesting! Thank you
It was helpful to have hands on experience. E-learning just doesn't cut it!
Great trainer and learnt a lot from my session
