Practical, engaging delivery is the course’s clearest strength: attendees describe knowledgeable, friendly trainers who explain fire safety, evacuation procedures and equipment use clearly, patiently answer questions and use humour, discussion and realistic demonstrations to keep everyone involved. The well-organised sessions balance concise theory with hands-on practice, making the refresher easy to follow and remember. Attendees say it builds confidence and feels directly relevant to their work, particularly in care settings.

Karl was brilliant, very much full into detail information. Really enjoyed my training with Karl.
Karl very professional about his job and nice to have refresher courses once a year 👏
Covering all aspects of fire safety. Made enjoyable, but still ensuring that all team members know the importance of fire safety training.
Nice training and time learning and very practical
