Terry delivered a very interesting informative training session, he involved staff, injected the right amount of humour so staff felt at ease and he made sure everyone understood as he progressed. He also provided plenty of opportunity for staff to ask questions. The practical sessions were also very interesting and all on the course had a much better understanding of what is expected of them.
