Trainer was very efficient and added a bit of humour which made the session more relaxed but was still very informative.

This training was very useful and the trainer explained everything with examples, so it was easy to understand what to do on a fire incident.

It was a very good training course. The mentor was clearly mentioned what are the importance of fire doors and what will do when the fire alarm happens in a carehome. Through this course I can understand the protective compartment, vertical compartment and also horizontal compartment.

Overall training was very good and useful information. Its a must training all carer should attend. After the session i am very clear about fire evacuation. Thank you for the wonderful training.
