This is my third course with Alun & I loved it. He is engaging & funny & makes what could be a very boring 3hrs interesting. I’ve learnt a lot & this being my third in a row I noticed I remembered a lot from previous years. I am getting better and better with my responses.
Alun is very knowledgeable and delivers the course in a way that all staff enjoy it.
