Very informative, I liked that there was theory and practical and we used role play for care home incidents that may occur
The course was very interesting, the demonstrations, especially with the real fire in the parking area and the extinguisher was something I never done before and I really enjoyed.
Trainer is very good and teaching is clearly understood
