Gary was lovely, a great trainer, very funny and friendly. This is my 4th time doing tower training and I preferred the revised slides, it was a lot better and less drawn out.

It was a good course very informative and it was enlightening. Allen was thorough and he answered all questions and demonstrated what to do in case of a fire and how to stop, evacuate and keep ourselves and the residents safe.

He explained everything clearly. Will be able to remember most of it.
