Terry was excellent. Practical was well demonstrated and he was really patience
It was really enlightening. This course made me realize that I don’t have to panic during a fire incident, because anytime I hear the fire alarm, I’m always alert and running around but with this training, I know the exact thing to do to keep myself and everyone safe. The trainer is very engaging, made the class interesting.
