I felt the presentation of information was delivered excellently. The trainer (Suzanne) was very clear and she allowed us to input our views and experiences. I learnt a lot from this course.

Suzanne was professional and friendly taking time to make sure everyone understood what was being discussed, took time to answer questions and created a relaxed atmosphere. Very enjoyable.

The trainer is very good. Making it more of interactive sessions carrying us along and I felt much involved bearing in mind that I will be asked questions. The sessions were very lively. I enjoyed the whole sessions and wish to have more in the future.

I felt the content on basic care and the main part of the role was a little basic. As someone who has never been in a care environment a little more information may be handy.
