There was no parking at the venue and the public car parks were expensive. The training room was very dark on day one.

The hotel was amazing very kind they provided us with lunch for 2 days which doesn't normally happens ,excellent service.

This course was really an opener especially on patient and staff behaviours. It made us realise that we have to look after ourselves and not to just be punch bags. Also to put ourselves in each other's shoes.
