Course was well structured and trainer was very knowledgeable - however, I feel this course will be much more effective when back face to face.

Little difficult to so H & S on line but overall quite good and common sense. difficult to concentrate when trying to train in the lobby on the care home

Very boring training we prefer the face to face training I could fall asleep and the trainer seemed very bossy not a good first aid at all
