Very friendly and felt comfortable

Everything was explained properly.

It was a good mix of powerpoint and discussion, and was made relevant to our sector although useful to have other ages included.

Wayne was a great trainor and kept us interested in the course. He broke it up and used demonstrations/videos/breakout rooms/anecdotes to keep us listening.
