Lorraine was lovely. She radiates inspiration and empathy, breaks down the subject topic wise and explains every thing very minutely so that its understandable to everyone. She engages everyone in the team and motivates even at the smallest try and always gives encouraging feedback.
It is very educative course, I learned new wow, Lorraine is really nice Presenter, instructor.
intimidating learning outcomes but having broken down in search detail made it much easier. Better as two sessions more bitesize chunks.
I found today's session really useful for clarifying what each area of the learning objectives was about and the discussion that we had during the webinar were really helpful to define some of the key areas. Andy was really good at signposting to key pieces of legislation and articles for reference.
Fiona really put everyone at ease and it was a great friendly atmosphere. Great as the group was smaller
Evelyn and Lorraine were both super engaging and clearly highly informed about this subject. It is, however, a lot of content to cover in one day - I'd much rather we had it as 2 half days to allow some time to absorb and reflect .
Lorraine was a great facilitator and I would definitely recommend attending a session led by Lorraine. There was a really good mixture of breakout rooms and activities. The use of breaks were used well so that we could stay refreshed throughout the day.
Joseph was really knowledgeable and engaging. There was a lot of content but he managed to cover all the key points and included activities and discussions which helped us focus.
