Lorraine is excellent and is extremely knowledgeable on the unit. Lorraine has the ability to engage all participants and thoroughly explains the assignment brief. I really enjoyed this workshop and learnt a few things I can now apply within my HR role.

Great webinar. Lovely trainer, very engaging. Ally picked up on the fact the group worked well having open discussions and so kept the pace when we were flagging due to the heat by using these instead of break-outs
