This was a great first session. I am working through 5HR02 without doing the webinar due to timing and have found it tricky. Having this has put my mind at ease about my next module. Great mix of activities and learning and Lorraine was really engaging

Lorraine is a great facilitator & very knowledgeable. I have made a lot of notes which i'm sure will help with the assignment. I will need to read over what i have done today to see how i can apply it.
