Would have enjoyed the course more if it had been in a "classroom" environment, but good content and well delivered.

Delivered I a relaxed manner, personalised to the group. With additional info to take forward to the workplace.

Alastair delivered a very in depth course, he made the course interesting and kept us all focused with group discussions. I feel confident in listening and sign posting individuals should the occasion arise.
