Not knowing what to expect before the course it has opened my eyes to the different types of mental health illnesses. Our course tutor has delivered it with compassion and at the right pace, constantly looking out for our own trigger points and ensuring the group was OK. I now feel better prepared to deal with a situation and realise that especially for a suicide case you can't really say the wrong thing. Thank you to Jacqui for her delivery, I would be really happy to sit on further courses with her as a tutor.

Loved the full two day training. Cheryl was amazing and easy to listen to. She answered all of our questions and I liked that we had time to talk as a group about the topics. Would love to do another course like this one and with Cheryl again. Thank you!
