Really good and enjoyable course would recommend it to everyone

The course exceeded my expectations and has given me a much better and informed understanding of mental health first aid and equipped me with the confidence to offer support to others. Helen was simply brilliant and to have someone teaching you with the ability to share their lived experience really brought the course to life. I don't think I have been so engaged in a course and it's content before and whatever you are paying Helen - double it, she is an incredible tutor!

Good course opened my eyes

Delivery and instructor was excellent- and enthusiastic content was great

I thoroughly enjoyed this course and learnt a lot from it. I feel I am much better prepared to support someone in mental distress and more confident in dealing with a situation where a person is feeling suicidal.

Thank you for providing the course. As an manager with over 25 years experience of managing a team of over 40 people mental health related situations crop up frequently. I have worked out much of it the hard way over the years - how to recognise potential situations, approach and help people etc, however, the course provided valuable insight into some areas where I had less experience especially psychosis and substance abuse. The instructor engaged well with the group and we all shared experiences freely to the mutual benefit of all.
