The course was not what I expected. I would recommend that this course should be compulsory because there is a lot of benefits from this course and gives you a great understanding about mental health problems. 10/10 from the instructor Jacqui as well.

Fabulous course

Bethan was fantastic, so knowledgeable and encouraging during our learning. There was a lot of information to go through but Bethan kept us on track and kept it all interesting, while always checking on our wellbeing. I am feeling so much more confident now, I have the toolkit to better support people around me that may need support or urgent help.

Found the course to be extremely informative and has provided me with the knowledge and further awareness of mental health and the framework on how to approach and talk with some who may be going through a mental health crisis
