Fantastic course very ingaging and informative, so many useful strategies given and the oppertunity to practice was brilliant. Tristan was amazing and holds his audience well giving people time to discuss ideas and share personal details with no judgement. I would happily attend a course with him again

The course was a good eye opener into how to deal and cope with mental health issues, and how to apply this to daily life and work situations. Great use of exercises and videos to learn from and apply to real life situations.
