Really enjoyed the course, feel like I have a better understanding of mental health and would now be confident to try and help someone suffering and give them support and encourage them to get the help needed by professional services.

Lisa is a wonderful instructor and provided a safe, funny and professional experience. Having done the course with her 5 years ago it was wonderful to refresh skills learnt while building more knowledge to help someone that needs Mental health first aid.

The instructor, Lisa. Was a wonderful teacher who engaged us throughout the course, with a good level of silliness and professionalism that both kept the heavy topics feeling light whilst exploring intense discussions.
