An informative and interesting course

Very good course. Very pleased that I got the opportunity to complete the course.

Tristan was very helpful and offered lots of advice and answered questions where appropriate. I would have liked other subjects to be included such as self harming. I feel more confident now as to what to say as a MHFA and proud to have completed this course! Thank you Tristan

Very enjoyable course and extremely helpful

Ross and Brian did a fantastic job delivering this training, it was well planned and taught, I would definitely recommend this training to others, although it I'd not the easiest topic I really enjoyed learning new skills in this area and it was a very productive few days :)

Interesting insights and useful tools.

Great course, Steve is really engaging and an excellent facilitator

Although exercise 3 wasn’t complete, Steve went over the idea of this and the team had all completed this previously and understood the concept. I do feel the time constraints for this were out of Steve’s control and due to room changes. This did not phase Steve nor affect our learning experience. It was very interesting and he spoke openly about personal experiences which encouraged the group to open up about their own. Thank you Steve!
