Al was absolutely amazing, delivered the course immensely well, made us feel relaxed, enjoyed the content and made it ai interesting. If a course came up with Al as the instructor again I would 100% take part

Al was absolutely brilliant. The course content was really heavy but he made light of it and was really understanding with everyone's stories. The course was so informative and interacting I found it really good.
Enjoyed the MHFA course immensely and feel like I benefitted both for helping myself and with the skills I have learned to help others. Alan was loads of fun and made the course learning fun. Would recommend this course for anyone who wish to learn and those who wish to just brush up on what they know.
Excellent course, very informative and useful for my day to day role. Having the workbook to fill in as we go along is very good to keep you engaged rather than just being spoke at for 2 days. Tony was brilliant, very knowledgeable, engaging and approachable!
