The training was short but packed with useful info. The booklet has more details, so overall it was really good.

It’s a lot but delivered well took a lot from it lovely to have the booklets to take home as a tool relate back to look over .

Amazing course. Louise very friendly and although the course was in depth and informative Louise kept the group very relaxed, regular breaks and check ins which were important given the nature of the topics.

It was a great course and Julie was a great instructor.
