Donna the trainer was first class and was very clear in the course content she was delivering and made us all feel at ease and this got more out of everyone with this teaching skill and would happily attend another course she was teaching

The course was very interesting, I do feel that I got a lot out of the two days. The manual is a great resource and I felt Louise referenced this very well throughout the course relaying where we could find more information about the subjects. The material was delivered well and Louise is a very knowledgable facilitator.
