Was my first face to face training/event in almost 2 years. The tutor was sensitive to our concerns and his management was exemplary

Good use of case studies to reinforce learning. Good balance between learning content and doing activities to break the session up. Use of discussion allowed further scope for learning. Useful manual which can be continually referred to when necessary.

Throughly enjoyed the course, lots of content, but varied with different activities, which gives us time to reflect upon our learning and link it to real world examples. Thank you for such a informative and helpful course. This will help me both personally and professionally!
