An extremely well run course which facilitated discussion and people’s perspectives, which added to the overall insight and content of the course! I particularly liked the story telling throughout the course which helped me understand how the content might be practically applied

Amazing course and after experience mental health issue myself in the past and dealing alotniver the years with others over the years its made a ig impact that im approaching things correctly

Vanessa put the course across very well and provided great understanding to situations that happen daily. I feel my approach to situations will be much better for myself and the people involved. As a group it means we all shared information that I may not of thought myself and adds to the toolbox that may be needed some day.

Vanessa is a fantastic person and a great resource for mental health, if there were any questions she was happy to assist or give feedback on the matter!

Great course overall, would've liked it to be 3 days though so we could get into even more detail on certain subjects. Well worth while though, very glad you offer this course!
