Overall it was very enlightening to the different terms and how to handle the situations. My feeling would be that I would like to spend longer than the 2 days doing the course and going over the content from the books.

The trainer was brilliant. Really helpful. Gave me a far better understanding of mental health. Please can something like this be put into schools. I have a 13 year old daughter, This would be amazing for, I believe if this was brought into schools in this detail. I am sure they do touch on it. But the way social media and peer pressure is this would really help. Thank you Craig

Very good course and something that made me more comfortable with dealing with people with their issues and chatting to them as you got guidance about what you can and can’t do.
