Louise was very knowledgeable and experienced in relation to the course and presented the material in an informal, engaging way. Although I have previously completed the course it was very useful to recap and learn new skills from Louise and the other participants. Excellent course and materials too had to deal with a 5 year old with psychosis the following day who was complaining of eyes coming out of the wall to her. Got her in to see OPTHALMOLOGIST consultant - eyes NAD so then admitted to paediatrics for their referral to MH.
