I enjoyed the course very much and it gave me better understanding and insight into mental health issues

I learned a lot from this course. I now have the confidence to ask questions that I would have not liked to ask previously through lack of knowledge of the subject.

The training was very beneficial and the instructor was clear and explained the content well. I have a much better understanding of MHFA and will now be happy to use these skills when out in the community.

Really enjoyable and informative course. It was presented really well too, and the study materials are excellent.

Louise delivered the course in a way that everyone fully engaged, she answered any questions put to her, also taking her time to go into detail with the answers. I found the course very interesting, and have gained valuable knowledge from it.
