Tristan delivered the course in a friendly professional way. He was welcoming, informative and covered everything I could think of and more. He took time to check everyone was understanding. He asked if there was anything anyone needed. He explained how the course would be delivered and made questions and requests welcome. What a fabulous teacher. Many thanks Tristan.
