did not feel like i had learnt anything, feel like the trainer wanted to get it over and done with as soon as possible i feel it was rather rushed and also felt like he was just reading off the power point and using his phone at all times.

Trainer not answering questions. One person could not see the video no help offered. Trainer on phone texting while delivering course. people with there video off. Two video on but not able to see them

Training was very detailed and easy to understand.

I think it was a very good training, with clear and informative content. Even though it is hard to do a manual handling training online, we did have informative videos and demonstration.

Covered all aspects appropriately.
